• Our bathroom showrooms are open six days a week, Monday to Saturday, except Burnley which also opens 12:00pm – 3:30pm on Sundays. Many of our showrooms are also open on bank holidays (check the Showrooms page for more information).

• We have a huge variety of products available catering to all tastes and budgets, from market leading manufacturers.

• We use cutting edge bathroom design software we can show you how products will look in your home before you buy, so you can be confident in your purchase.

• We work closely with leading brands to ensure we can offer our customers high quality products at competitive prices.

• We offer FREE local delivery from all of our 25 plumbing depots. We also offer nationwide delivery with the cost based on the delivery location and the size of the order.

• You can book an appointment with one of our staff members and enjoy one to one service that's totally catered to you and your needs.

• We also offer comprehensive heating advice and planning service to help you find the right heating solution for your home.

• We can recommend a reliable and qualified installer in your area to install any of our products or liaise with a contractor of your choice.

• Your problems are our problems; we offer full customer service back up on any showroom products purchased.
